Freelance, based in Switzerland. I design and operate systems where AI triggers real actions — invoices, schedules, emails, case files — with a model call only where one is needed.
Twenty-six business actions run on my platform today. Most of them never call a model — which is what makes them predictable, cheap, and explainable when something breaks.
I start by watching a real working day and counting the clicks. Whatever a rule can decide stays a rule; the model steps in only where there is genuine ambiguity. You get reproducible answers and a token bill that does not run away.

Node, PostgreSQL, React Native, Docker. Multi-tenant, multilingual, hosted in Switzerland, deployed service by service without taking production down.
SaaS platform for sports coaches and nutritionists: clients, scheduling, invoicing, programmes. Strict multi-tenancy, seven languages, in production.
The assistant for FitTools users: a React Native app and a CrewAI agent engine served by an open model on GPU, falling back to a sovereign Swiss model.
An MCP platform for accounting firms, law practices and independents: business tools wired straight into the assistant. In development.
Website for a Swiss insurance and mortgage brokerage: Node and Express, contact form, SEO, bilingual.
Backend configuration, multi-tenant security implementation, setting up and running VPS and public cloud.
I did not come from computing. That is probably why I look at the business first and the code second.
